L’Oficina Tècnica de Prevenció Municipal d’Incendis Forestals empra el CD en la formació als ajuntaments de la demarcació de Barcelona. L’interactiu s’utilitza per simular com s’ha de reaccionar davant d’un incendi forestal. L’alcalde i els altres responsables de l’ajuntament exerceixen la seva funció, en un joc de rol, corresponent al Manual d’ús per a emergències d’incendis forestals El CD funciona amb música, so ambiental i veu. Un personatge, la Pam, guia pel contingut i dóna les indicacions de la simulació. Un formador dirigeix la simulació.
The technical office for forest fire prevention uses the application for training purposes within the communities of the Barcelona province. Using role play, the mayor and those in charge of the community have to accomplish various tasks by making references to the Official Emergency Manual For Forest Fires. The application is accompanied by music, background effects and voice overs. A character called Pam guides the user through the contents of the CD. A trainer from the regional council directs the simulation.
